Uteco Contec is committed to ensuring compliance with current regulations and to promoting an ethical and responsible business environment. To this end, the company has adopted compliance tools and procedures, including the Organizational, Management, and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, oversight by an independent Supervisory Body (OdV), and adherence to internationally recognized quality standards such as ISO 9001 certification.
231 Model and Supervisory Body (OdV)
Uteco Contec has adopted an Organizational, Management, and Control Model (MOG 231) in accordance with Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, aimed at preventing corporate offenses and ensuring transparency in operations.
The Supervisory Body (OdV) is responsible for monitoring the effectiveness of the Model and ensuring its continuous update. Uteco Contec’s OdV is a single-member body (monocratic) and has been entrusted to Avv. Giuseppe Meconi.
The 231 Model includes organizational and control measures designed to prevent specific types of offenses (against public administration, tax-related offenses, environmental offenses, workplace safety, etc.). The Supervisory Body ensures these measures are correctly applied and receives any reports of violations.
